After working at Ogilvy & Mather, TBWA\HAKUHODO, TBWA\CHIAT\DAY Los Angeles, and Media Arts Lab, Motonori joined Accenture Interactive in 2020 as a Senior Creative Director, later becoming a founding member of Droga5 Tokyo in 2021. Drawing on his ability to create big ideas and fresh thinking that work for all types of media, he continues to create new values and brand experiences by injecting creativity into businesses, both upstream and downstream.

He has worked with a wide range of clients including Apple, McDonald’s, Tokyo Metropolitan Government, Adidas and Shiseido. He has won numerous awards and commendations to date in both Japan and across the globe including Cannes Lions, ACC, Good Design, and Guinness World Records.
