KHALIL BACHOOALI

Born in Mumbai, raised in the Middle East, graduated in India and Europe, worked in Doha, Singapore, Rotterdam, Prague and Mumbai, Khalil brings international experience and global exposure to the table in everything he does. 

With a background in marketing and advertising and a brief stint with the European head-quarters of Johnson & Johnson, Khalil ventured into the world of advertising and film-production in India where he has produced over 1,000 commercials in just over a decade. In the middle of his advertising-run, he also co-produced a feature film shot entirely in the UK and released in over 60 countries around the world.  

Khalil started his own production company, Offroad Films, in 2011 and has since won numerous international awards at AdFest, Spikes Asia and most recently Cannes Lions in 2019. 

Today, Offroad is a re-imagined content-agency which brings a unique storytelling ability that elevates brand messages in today’s media saturated marketplace. 

Khalil has an uncanny ability to bring together the right creative partners for the right film project. His aim is to merge artistic sensibilities with marketing acumen.
