Ryoji Shimizu, born and raised in Tokyo, embarked on his professional journey in 1984 with Telecom Japan, delving into the dynamic landscape of advertising. Transitioning to ROBOT COMMUNICATIONS INC. in 1991, he excelled as a CM Director, Planner, and Creative Lead, leaving a notable mark on various projects. With equal proficiency in film direction, Ryoji’s cinematic achievements testify to his versatile talents. His expertise extends beyond advertising and film to pivotal roles such as supervising exhibits at the Aichi Expo’s Mitsubishi Future Pavilion and orchestrating creative direction at Japan’s Pavilion in Milan Expo. Additionally, he provided creative direction for visuals at Gifu Sekigahara Battlefield Memorial Hall. A visionary and innovator, Ryoji Shimizu continues to inspire and elevate creativity across diverse domains.
