Masato Kosukegawa is the Executive Creative Director of Shiseido Creative. Shiseido Creative is the in-house creative for Shiseido, a 150-year-old Japanese cosmetics company.
He began his career in cosmetic sales for Shiseido. After moving to the creative department, he has been in charge of creative for Shiseido’s numerous cosmetic brands and corporate communications for 30 years.
He has won numerous awards including Cannes Lions for his 2016 High School Girl? . He has created many unique creatives within the beauty company, including The Party Bath and My Crayon Project.
He lives in Kamakura, an old Japanese town surrounded by the sea and forests, and is an enthusiastic haiku lover and small wave surfer.
