Hillary Rogers is a creative problem-solver with joyful enthusiasm for the business and art of production. As Managing Director of commercial production companies Magnetic Field and The Directors Bureau, she aligns creative, production, management, and sales efforts across both companies for projects ranging in style and genre. Previously, Hillary served as Managing Director of Pulse Films USA, where she helped build the division into a globally recognized entity that was named Ad Age’s Production Company A-List in 2021 and 2022. While there, she oversaw many iconic campaigns, including Nike’s 2020 Emmy Award winning and Cannes Lions Film Grand Prix honoree You Can’t Stop Us done through Wieden+Kennedy. Trained in production in New York City, Hillary rose through the ranks working at the top production companies from New York to Los Angeles, where she is currently based. Hillary currently serves on the Brandcenter Director’s Board at Virginia Commonwealth University.
