Very few Chief Creative Officers have had the opportunity or experience of having worked across five continents; and even fewer still have been as successful as Reed Collins in producing so many award winning advertising ideas in each and every one of these vastly diverse markets.
Working at famous advertising agencies such as Hunt Lascaris TBWA Johannesburg, Lowe Howard-Spink London, Cliff Freeman & Partners New York, Leo Burnett Chicago, The Campaign Palace Australia, Ogilvy Group Hong Kong and currently CCO for Ogilvy North Asia overseeing offices in China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan and Korea. Helping create even more famous advertising for KFC, Altoids, Fox Sports, Nike, P&G, Smirnoff, Lego, Greenpeace, Volkswagen, Nintendo, Coke, Panasonic and many more.
Along the way collecting multiples of every color of every award there is to win in the industry. Cannes Lions, D&AD pencils, Andy heads, One Show pencils, ADC cubes, Clio statues, LIAA trophies and Eurobest thingies. In 2001, Reed was the most awarded creative in the world for his Fox Sports campaign according to the Gunn Report. Most recently Reed was named Greater China Creative Person of the Year by Campaign Magazine and Ogilvy & Mather Hong Kong was crowned the #1 agency in Greater China at Cannes Festival of Creativity 2017.
He has also had the honor of serving as juror on many panels of these prestigious shows over his 20 year career. And extremely humbled that some of his work features as part of the permanent collection at the MoMa NYC.
